CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS

Now Hiring a Cedar Lounge Taproom Bartender

Job Duties Include:

  • Customer Service

    • Meet and exceed customer expectations to create lasting impressions

    • Maintain an environment that is exceptionally safe and enjoyable environment for everyone

    • Expertily pour beer from the Cedar Lounge taproom, the Festival Field and at times off-site events

    • Manage customer tabs and payment collection

    • Sell merchandise and other point-of-sale items

    • Keep a safe and sanitary service environment

  • Building and Facilities

    • Clean, set up, maintain, and/or tear down the taproom and the Festival Field for daily operations

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the taproom and on the festival grounds throughout your shift

    • Comply with all sanitation measures and safety procedures 

  • Requirements

    • Must have a State of Wisconsin Bartending License to begin work 

    • Must be a Cicerone Certified Beer Server within three months of your start date

    • Must have the ability to thrive in a busy environment and work on a team 

    • Must be able to work a minimum of two days per week, including evenings and weekends

    • Must be able to lift about thirty pounds 

  • Goals

    • Positively represent the Earth Rider Brewery and promote sales through outstanding customer service and a passion for craft brewed beer

    • Maintain and grow  Earth Rider’s high customer review ratings and positive word of mouth

    • Expertly pour and serve  Earth Rider beer
