This West Coast IPA was born from our brewers' trip to hop selection in the Pacific Northwest this fall. Inspired by the amazing quality aromatics in these classic West Coast American hops that once were staples in craft IPAs. Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial's floral and citrus flavors and aromas are showcased on light handed malt sweetness and biscuit that has just enough dryness and bitterness to balance beautifully. These USDA public varieties were skillfully grown and processed in the Willamette Valley just outside of Portland, Oregon and we thought they were worth revisiting.
